Refund and Returns Policy

Effective from: 01/04/2025

At The Indian Dream (a publication of Indian Startup News), we are committed to delivering high-quality content on time. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Pre-Orders

Customers can pre-order The Indian Dream magazine at:
- ₹499 for the digital edition
- ₹799 for the physical edition
These prices are inclusive and represent the full and final amount payable for a single edition.

2. Monthly Editions & Subscriptions

We release monthly editions of the magazine.
Subscription plans (6-month, 12-month, etc.) will be launched soon and will have their own pricing and terms at the time of release.

3. Delivery Timelines

All pre-orders will be dispatched within 7 to 15 days from the scheduled release date.
- Digital copies will be delivered to your registered email address.
- Physical copies will be shipped to the postal address provided at checkout.

4. Refund Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your order within the stated timeline (30 days from the release date), you will be entitled to a 100% refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of eligibility confirmation and will be credited to the source account within 10–15 days.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Digital copies: Once delivered, cannot be cancelled or returned due to the nature of digital content.
Physical copies:
- Returns will only be accepted in case of damaged or misprinted items.
- To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with video proof of unboxing at support@theindiandream.club.
- Replacement or refund for approved cases will be processed within 7 business days.
- All the approved replacements will be delivered within 15 business days.
