Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how The Indian Dream magazine, published by Indian Startup News, delivers both digital and physical editions to its customers.


1. Shipping for Digital Editions

  • Delivery Mode: Email (PDF or digital reading platform access).
  • Delivery Time: Within 7 to 15 days from the scheduled release date.
  • Email Confirmation: Upon successful order placement, an email confirmation will be sent with the expected release date.
  • Delivery Issues: If you do not receive the digital edition within the stated time, please contact us at support@theindiandream.club for prompt resolution or a full refund.

2. Shipping for Physical Editions

  • Delivery Mode: Courier/Postal Service (Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.)
  • Shipping Coverage: PAN India delivery. International shipping is currently not available.
  • Dispatch Timeline: Magazines are shipped within 7 to 15 days of the scheduled release date.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: All the products will be delivered with in 5-7 days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • All prices (₹799 for physical, ₹499 for digital) are inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • There are no hidden charges for pre-orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking link or ID will be shared via email/SMS once the physical copy is dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

5. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
    • Logistics partner delays
    • Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
    • Incomplete/incorrect address

In case of non-delivery within 15 days from the expected date, customers will be eligible for a 100% refund under our Refund Policy.


6. Undelivered Orders

  • If the magazine is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-availability of the recipient, we will:
    • Contact the customer for re-shipping.
    • Re-dispatch the magazine once at no extra cost.
    • Further re-deliveries (after one failed attempt) may require additional shipping fees.

7. Damaged Deliveries

  • If your physical magazine arrives damaged:
    • Raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery.
    • Provide photographic evidence via email to support@theindiandream.club
    • A replacement copy will be shipped free of cost or a refund issued.
